All In A Days Work

A test tray of a new product being added to our line-up.  Leek Microgreens!

Working on our grow room

It has been a labor of love at times!  When faced with needing more room, a space that would 1) require the least physical work and 2) offer the most opportunity in the future were musts!  That said, we under estimated what it would take to complete the transformation.  And not only the transformation, but the continued resources required to sustain a space that keeps light, temperature, and humidity as close to constant as possible.

Quality Investments

Have you ever invested in something expecting a pretty generic or easy result, only to find out, the upfront investment was just the tip of the iceberg?  That’s exactly where we are with this Grow Room!  It was a lot of work to begin with, and weeks after we moved in lots of new growing racks, we’re still working away feverishly to expand the electrical capacity, and organize the storage and growing area.

Why do the work?

Pouring our hearts and souls into this new investment is a challenge… physically, emotionally, and spiritually!  We wonder, “Are we doing the right thing?”  We think so, because our new Grow Room helps us serve you better!  It allows us to grow more, provide more of a crop selection (like the sneak peek of the new items pictured above 😉), yields greens that are the epitome of freshness, with flavors that are consistent and lovely!  It’s not easy, but it is WORTH IT!  So, if you’re climbing uphill at the moment, and it’s not easy… KEEP GOING.  It’s WORTH IT!  And, if you need microgreens to get you to the top of whatever hill you’re climbing, let us know!

P.S.

We may have bitten off a bit more than we can chew with our new Grow Room project, but it’s already paying off and we’re hoping it continues to pay off for months and years to come. And, it’s all for you!  When you need microgreens to spruce up your meal presentations, or to keep your family healthy, we’re here for you.  Call or text 570-652-8182 anytime with questions, or to order (we love to chat)!
