How to make this awesome green goddess dressing with microgreens
You’ll need a blender, cutting board, and knife to put this simple salad dressing recipe together.
Ingredients
1 cup plain Greek yogurt (preferably full fat, made w/ whole milk)
1/3 cup mustard microgreens, packed
1/3 cup pea shoot microgreens, packed
1/3 cup sunflower shoot microgreens, packed
1 large glove fresh garlic, chopped
1/2 tsp sea salt
Fresh ground pepper, to taste
Instructions
Chop the garlic and microgreens so they’re easy to blend. Size isn’t critical here—just break them up a bit.
Place all the ingredients in a blender
Blend until smooth.
Notes:
Use whatever microgreens suit your tastes! The above recipe is what we enjoy, but you can use whatever microgreens you like! Just make sure you’re at one cup packed greens total.

Get creative!
Use lots of pepper! Think of green goddess dressing like a peppercorn dressing. The pepper is what gives the dressing it’s zing… so don’t skimp!
Add lemon juice for some extra zing, start with 1/2 Tbsp. and go from there.
Add anchovies for more tang!
Add a finely chopped jalapeño to add some heat.

Traditional green goddess dressings are made with a cup a fresh herbs rather than the microgreens we use in the recipe above. To change up your dressing, add in some fresh herbs like these for some extra flavor (start with a small amount, and add to taste):

Mint
Chives (go easy, these can quickly overpower the flavor!)

If you really want to go crazy, consider what you’ll be serving the dressing with and add herbs accordingly. For example, dill pairs great with fish, basil with chicken, cilantro with tacos, etc.
