The animals at Blue Chip enjoy our high quality greens with enthusiasm! They enjoy them regardless of where we are located. They don't know that we commit to growing fresh, organic products either.  And, it probably doesn't matter to them that we pack and deliver our Microgreens within 24 hours of harvesting!  If you've had microgreens before though, especially if they came from out of town, you know there is no comparison...
